a) [(2 + x)²/(4 + x)] - 1 =  [(2 + x)²/(4 + x)] - (4 + x)/(4 + x)    x ≠ - 4

                                 = (4 + 4 x + x² - 4 - x)/(4 + x)

                                 = (x² + 3 x)/(4 + x)

b) 5 x/(x+3) + (2 - x)/(x - 5) = [5 x(x - 5) + (2 - x)(x + 3)]/(x +3)(x - 5)  x≠-3 et x≠5

= (5 x² - 25 x + 6 - x² - x)/(x +3)(x - 5)  

= (4 x² - 26 x + 6)/(x +3)(x - 5)  

c) (x² + 6 x + 9)/(x + 3)] - 2/x  =  (x + 3)²/(x + 3)] - 2/x     x ≠ - 3  et  x ≠ 0

= (x + 3) - 2/x

= x(x + 3) - 2)/x

= (x² + 3 x - 2)/x

e) - 36 x² + 121

      121 - 36 x² = 11² - (6 x)²   identité remarquable  a²-b²=(a+b)(a-b)

                         = (11 + 6 x)(11 - 6 x)

 f)   x + 1/(x+2)     x ≠ - 2

      x(x+2) + 1)/(x+2) = x² + 2 x + 1)/(x+2) =  (x+1)²/(x + 2)

  g) 3(x - 4) + x(x - 4) = (x - 4)(3 + x)
