RECOMMANDATION POUR AMELIOER SVP MERCI :) :)
Parents should have a say about their child’s choice of life partner since they always want to protect them. Knowing the qualities and flaws of their children, they should be able to choose the correct person with whom their kid will live happily. Parents were the ones that raised the child by supporting him or her morally and financially, so they have all the rights to give their opinion to find their future daughter-in-law or son-in-law. Also, having a lot of experience, they will never make harmful or regretful decisions concerning their descendant’s life. Hence, before determining the partner, they would establish a list of pros and cons on the individual. Contrary to them, the child wouldn’t take the time to do that which could end up by complicating the relationship.

Parents should have a say about their child’s choice of life partner since they always want to protect them. Knowing the qualities and flaws of their children, they should be able to choose the correct person with whom their kid will live happily. Parents were the ones that raised the child by supporting him or her morally and financially, so they have every right to offer their opinion with respect to their prospective daughter-in-law or son-in-law. Also, having a lot of experience, they will never make harmful or regrettable decisions concerning their offspring’s future. Hence, before determining the partner, they should (or might) establish a list of pros and cons on the individual.
This needs re-phrasing, it is unclear and a little weak:
Contrary to them, the child wouldn’t take the time to do that which could end up by complicating the relationship.
Apart from that, really good. I've just changed a bit of the vocabulary.
