Jim Gallien drove four miles before meeting Alex a 24 years old hitchhiker in Alaska. Alex Was from South Dakota. Alex wanted a ride to Denali where he was going to walk into the bush. Gallien offered Alex a ride and some gears but he refused. He said that he would have been fine.Alex then offered Gallien a few of his thing but he refused saying that he would threw it away. He then gave the hitchhiker a sandwich made by his wife.
